    Photos must be clear, unfiltered, and high-resolution. They should show your natural hair (clean, dry, unstyled) from several angles to allow proper assessment. Photos with filters, heavy styling, or poor lighting will not be accepted.

    To ensure accurate results, avoid using steroid creams, heat styling tools, minoxidil, and other treatments that may interfere with our products. DHT blockers like saw palmetto and biotin supplements are permitted
