Been using for a while now so can give this product a full microscopic review - Lol.! They do work but you need to be patient and allow the magic to unfold. Key things I've noticed:
My hair is STRONGER - less hair in the brush, comb and shower.
As a low iron girly, my hair is fine and edges holding on for dear life, BUT I have noticed some regrowth and those fine strands are ROBUST!
My overall texture is thicker and whilst my hair is still fine - the improvement is certainly measurable.
These tablets are a great investment and anything GOOD takes commitment and time, so overnight RAPUNZEL it is NOT, but you will be happy with results with consistent usage. I've paired these with the leave in and oil bundle plus the Nylah flourish over a course of 5-6 months.

The tablets are a normal size so, easy to take. Within the first week I noticed an improvement in my energy level during the day and deeper sleep at night. After the first 30 days I went to the hairdressers for a routine trim and she said she could see a lot of short hairs all over my head where she’d first thought my hair had been breaking off. Turns out it was actually all the new growth coming in. It looks like I had a lot of dormant follicles which are now growing out. I’ve also started using Flourish to support the new growth and I can already see the difference in my hair. Excited to see how things progress

Have been using it consistently both day and night bottles. Not seeing any new baby hairs, however appear to have less shedding, not sure if this is due to a topical product I’ve been using since around the same time. I will persist though!

I haven’t been taken these due to me being pregnant so I am waiting until I have the baby and then il be able to update you. But I’ve ordered from Nylah before and her products are amazing and they do work!! My hair is thick and coily and after using her products including vitamins my hair is more manageable soft and defo longer. It’s worth the money don’t hesitate to buy what you need! Xox

I'm around 6 months into my journey of embracing my curly hair after years of keratin treatments and decided to try vitamins to give my hair a boost. I'm hoping to see an increase in density and overall health but since I've only been taking these vitamins for about a mont, it's too soon to say whether they've worked for me. What I can say is they are easy to take and no nasty aftertaste, the ingredients sound great so it's worth a try. I've also been using the hair boost serum and noticed baby hairs returning along my hairline. I had no idea my hairline had receded so this has been a pleasant and exciting surprise.

I have only started using just two weeks ago and already I think I can see some results. I am keeping a diary of the progress and I hope I get the fantastic result I think I am going to get from this product. Thank you.
