Nylah’s Naturals 150-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions (2nd - 13th June)

1. Introduction 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Nylah's Naturals 150-Day Money Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") provided by Nylah's Naturals Ltd ("Nylah's Naturals", "we", "us" or "our"). 

1.2 By participating in the Guarantee, the claimant ("Claimant" or "you") agrees to be legally bound by these Terms. 

1.3 The Guarantee applies exclusively to first-time purchasers of eligible products and bundles purchased directly from the official website: www.nylahsnaturals.com ("Website"). 

1.4 Subject to full compliance with these Terms, you may be eligible for an 80% refund of the purchase price if, after 150 consecutive days of compliant use, no visible improvement is observed in your hair health. 

1.5 For the purposes of this Guarantee, "visible improvement" includes but is not limited to: 

  • Reduction in hair shedding;
  • Increased follicular activity or visible signs of regrowth;
  • Enhanced hair density;
  • Noticeable improvement in hair hydration;
  • Increased hair strength (reduced breakage);
  • Improved scalp health;
  • Improved shine or texture;
  • Greater manageability of hair;
  • Increased hair elasticity. 

2. Eligibility Criteria 

2.1 The Guarantee is available to first-time purchasers of the following eligible products and bundles purchased directly from the Website: 

  • The Complete Growth Collection;
  • Flourish & Growth Supplements Bundle;
  • Thrive & Growth Supplements Bundle. 

2.2 We reserve the right to add or remove products or bundles from the Guarantee at any time. Eligibility is determined based on the date of purchase and the product’s inclusion in the Guarantee at that time. 

2.3 Purchases made through third-party retailers or resellers are excluded. 

2.4 Only one Guarantee claim is permitted per customer. 

2.5 Purchases must be made on or after 1st June 2025 to be eligible. 

3. Conditions for Validity 

3.1 Pre-Treatment Documentation: Claimants must submit time-stamped photographs of their scalp and hair taken before beginning product use. These must be submitted via the Pre-Treatment Submission Form within three (3) calendar days of receiving the first product shipment. 

3.2 Monthly Progress Tracking: 

  • Claimants must take and retain clear, time-stamped photographs of their scalp and hair at monthly intervals.
  • Each photograph must be taken between Day 30 and Day 33 following receipt of each product batch.
  • A minimum of five (5) monthly sets of photos is required.
  • Photos must comply with our image guidelines regarding lighting, angle, and framing. 

3.3 Proof of Product Use: 

  • Monthly time-stamped images of the product containers or packaging must be retained.
  • These must also be taken within the 30-33 day window for each corresponding product batch. 

3.4 Adherence to Usage Guidelines: 

  • Hair Growth Serum must be applied daily without interruption.
  • Hair Growth Supplements (Day and/or Night) must be taken daily as per instructions.
  • Orders must be placed at regular 30-day intervals to avoid treatment gaps.
  • Use of all products in the bundle is mandatory; substitution or discontinuation invalidates eligibility. 

3.5 Submission of Claim: 

  • If no measurable improvement is observed, you must submit the Satisfaction Guarantee Claim Form via the Website or by emailing info@nylahsnaturals.com within thirty (30) calendar days of completing the 150-day period. 

Failure to comply with any of the above requirements will result in the claim being invalid. 

4. Photograph specifications 

For consistency and accurate assessment, all submitted photographs must adhere to the following guidelines: 

  • Photographs must be in colour, high resolution, and taken in good lighting.
  • Hair must be clean, untied, and unstyled in all photographs.
  • All required views must be submitted:
  • Left side profile
  • Right side profile
  • Crown/top of the head
  • Frontal hairline including fringe area
  • Back of the head (nape)
  • Background should remain consistent across the 150-day period to aid comparison.
  • Lighting must be natural daylight or consistent white lighting (no shadows or yellow lighting).
  • No filters, editing, or enhancements are permitted. 

5. Exclusions and Limitations 

5.1 The Guarantee does not apply under the following conditions: 

  • Non-compliance with usage instructions;
  • Missed or late monthly photograph submissions;
  • Product usage gaps caused by late repurchasing;
  • Switching products or bundles mid-term;
  • Previous purchase of any growth range product (Flourish, Thrive, Day/Night Supplements);
  • Diagnosed hair-loss conditions that preclude regrowth, such as:
  • Advanced Scarring Alopecia;
  • Cicatricial Alopecia;
  • Lichen Planopilaris (LPP);
  • Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA);
  • Other permanent or medically confirmed hair loss disorders. 

5.2 Topical and Medical Interventions: 

  • Steroid-based scalp treatments (e.g., corticosteroid creams, lotions, or injections)
  • Minoxidil (Rogaine or similar formulations)
  • Finasteride or other prescription-only hair regrowth medications
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments
  • Hair transplantation procedures of any kind
  • Hair botox, keratin straightening, or chemical relaxers 

Haircare Practices: 

  • Frequent or high-heat styling including use of straighteners, curling irons, or blow dryers on high heat settings
  • Tight or tension-inducing hairstyles such as tight braids, weaves, or ponytails that may contribute to traction alopecia
  • Bleaching or chemical processing that may compromise scalp or hair shaft integrity 

Environmental and Cosmetic Interference: 

  • Use of non-Nylah’s Naturals topical growth serums or oils applied directly to the scalp
  • Hair concealing products (e.g., Toppik fibres or hair-building sprays) used in photos or during assessment period 

Nylah’s Naturals reserves the right to request a declaration of supplements or treatments in use, and to reject claims where concurrent use of prohibited items compromises outcome integrity. 

5.3 We reserve the right, and the Claimant agrees for us, to refer your claim for review by a qualified trichologist. 

5.4 If visible improvement is determined, either by our team or an appointed trichologist, to fall within the definition of "improvement" as outlined in Section 1.5, the refund will be denied. 

6. Refund Process 

6.1 Approved claims will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. 

6.2 An 80% refund of the purchase price will be returned to the original payment method used. 

6.3 Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other ancillary costs are non-refundable. 

7. Discretion and Final Decision 

7.1 Nylah’s Naturals reserves the right to request further evidence to substantiate any Guarantee claim. 

7.2 All decisions made by Nylah’s Naturals regarding eligibility, compliance, and refunds under this Guarantee are final and binding. 

7.3 The Guarantee may be amended, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. 

8. Governing Law 

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

8.2 By participating in the Guarantee, the Claimant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
