Hi, I’m Kam, founder of Nylah’s Naturals. I created Nylah’s for my daughter, who struggled with seborrheic dermatitis. It was hard to find gentle, non-toxic products that cared for her textured hair without irritating her sensitive skin. I wanted haircare that was natural, effective, and kind—so I made it. Named after my daughter, Nylah’s is rooted in love, heritage, and science-backed plant-based ingredients. Our range is designed to nourish afro-textured hair while being safe for sensitive scalps—so you can care for your hair without compromise.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and highly organised individual to work directly alongside our Founder and CEO, helping to grow both her personal brand and the wider influence, reach and commercial opportunities of Nylah’s. As well as working closely with our Sales & Marketing Director to scale our affiliate programme & unlock B2B opportunities.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is a unique opportunity to become the driving force behind the growth of an award winning founder and one of the UK’s most exciting beauty and wellness brands. We’re working on two primary expansion channels for the brand and we’re looking for a visionary to help execute the next stage of growth.
Working closely with our Sales & Marketing Director you will help build out an affiliate programme using your skills in PR and community growth. You will also lead on expanding our B2B wholesale network to grow our brand presence and unlock new revenue channels to support with our ambitious growth plans.
All whilst working to build the brand presence through traditional PR and working closely with the Founder to increase her visibility, build strategic relationships, secure speaking opportunities, create meaningful partnerships and position both Kameese and Nylah’s as leading voices within entrepreneurship, beauty, wellness and hair loss advocacy to help build authority within the textured hair space and drive opportunities for Nylahs .
