Our Story

Hi, I’m Kam, founder of Nylah’s Naturals. I created Nylah’s for my daughter, who struggled with seborrheic dermatitis. It was hard to find gentle, non-toxic products that cared for her textured hair without irritating her sensitive skin. I wanted haircare that was natural, effective, and kind—so I made it. Named after my daughter, Nylah’s is rooted in love, heritage, and science-backed plant-based ingredients. Our range is designed to nourish afro-textured hair while being safe for sensitive scalps—so you can care for your hair without compromise.

Creative Strategist +

We are looking for a confident Creative Strategist, full of ideas, to join our growing marketing team at Nylah's. As our performance marketing function continues to scale, we need a self-starter who innately understands what makes people stop scrolling.

You will have experience developing and briefing compelling, insight-led concepts for paid and organic channels, with a clear understanding of how to turn ideas into high-performing revenue-driving creatives.

If you love and live social media and enjoy dissecting ads to obsess over what stops people scrolling and drives conversion, this role is for you.
