Nylah Gives Back Prize Draw Terms & Conditions:
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Nylah Gives Back Prize Draw run by Nylah’s Naturals.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Campaign Period
The Nylah Gives Back Prize Draw opens on 29/06/2026 and closes on 30/06/2026 at 11:59pm BST.
Orders placed outside of this campaign period will not be eligible for entry.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to customers aged 18 or over who place an eligible order on the Nylah’s Naturals website between 29/06/2026 and 30/06/2026 at 11:59pm BST.
3. How to Enter
Customers who place an order on the Nylah’s Naturals website 'www.nylahsnaturals.com' during the campaign period will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Only one entry is permitted per participant, based on one eligible order during the campaign period. Multiple orders will not result in multiple entries.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded or suspected to be fraudulent will not be eligible for entry.
4. Prize
A total of 5 customers will be randomly selected to receive a refund/cashback equivalent to the value of their eligible order.
The prize applies to the order value paid by the customer during the campaign period. Refunds/cashback will not exceed the amount paid on the eligible order.
The prize is non-transferable and no alternative prize will be offered.
5. Winner Selection
The 5 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the campaign has ended.
Winners will be contacted directly by Nylah’s Naturals using the email address provided at checkout or through the free entry route.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Nylah’s Naturals reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
6. Refund/Cashback Process
Refunds/cashback will be processed within 2 weeks after the campaign end date.
Where possible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the eligible order. If this is not possible, Nylah’s Naturals will contact the winner to arrange an alternative method.
7. General Conditions
Nylah’s Naturals reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel or withdraw the prize draw at any time if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control.
Nylah’s Naturals reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, attempts to manipulate the entry process, or acts fraudulently or unfairly.
Nylah’s Naturals accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received due to technical issues or any other reason outside of its control.
8. Personal Data
Personal data provided as part of this prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, contact winners and process refunds/cashback where applicable.
Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with Nylah’s Naturals’ Privacy Policy.
9. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Nylah’s Naturals.
