How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your favourites to your cart, and head to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account for a smoother experience next time.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
We move fast, and your orde can be shipped same day, If you need to make a change, email us at info@nylah.co.uk as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help, please note that we only respond during the working week and our response time can be up to 48hours.
I haven’t received an order confirmation, what should I do?
First, check your junk or promotions folder, it may have landed there. If it’s not showing, log into your account to double-check that your email address was entered correctly and correct if needed. Still no luck? Send us a email and we will get it sorted.
My order hasn’t arrived , what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please check your tracking link first. If it shows no updates or it’s been more than 5 working days since dispatch, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
Do you offer order gift wrapping or personalised messages?
