All of our retail orders are processed within 2 to 3 business working days, in the order that they are received. We aim to ship your order via, Hermes, or signed for Royal Mail Delivery Service. You will receive an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched.

Please be mindful that all international orders may be subject to, customs duties, taxes and other fees dependant on the destination country. Any such fees charged are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or lost parcels
Unfortunately delivery delays happen, these occurrence's our often outside of our control must be investigated by our shipping partners - the process of which can take up to 15 working days - if the parcel is not deliverd to you within 10 days of shiment notification please contact us on email@example.com so that we can start the investigation process and we will aim to get your items to you asap. please note we are unable to make any refunds during the investigation period we will replace the item if our delivery partners have determined the item as lost.
You can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund on the product - in all circumstances customers are responsible for the returns shipping cost and we ask that the item is sent via signed for / tracked delivery. if the item is lost during transit back to us then please contact your chosen delivery service. We can not issue a refund if the item is not received.
. The item must arrive to us in unused and original condition if the item is determined as used we will not refund. Once the item has been received and we are happy with the condition - we will aim to process the refund within 7 working days.
If delivery is recorded with the delivery company we have completed our requirements of forfilling the delivery. Should you have any issues with the delivery of the product, if you can not locate your item that was delivered or if the product was damaged during transit, you are required to contact the delivery company directly to make a claim. Please use your tracking number to contact the delivery company directly to resolve this issue
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Cherish Earth Ltd is a British company and as such all our prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£)
We clearly show you the price you must pay for our products which include VAT but exclude any delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due at checkout.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already confirmed and dispatch.
If by mistake we have under-priced a product we will not have to deliver that product to you at the stated price as long as we inform you of the error before dispatching your product. We will either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have confirmed your order or sent you a Dispatch Confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a pricing error.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated dispatch timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products within estimated timescales caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our refund and returns policy

Special orders made to customers specifications are excluded from the cancellation provisions of the Consumer Protection. However, in the event that a special-order item is found to be faulty please contact us either by telephone, email or post. We may then offer you an exchange or a monetary refund depending on the nature of the problem. Original delivery costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty, damaged in delivery or if it differs in any way

if you do not return the goods within 7 days of your cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the website.
