Why is consistency so important for hair growth?
Hair growth is a complex biological process. On average, it takes a minimum of three months to begin seeing visible improvements. That’s why staying consistent is key , a subscription helps you stay on track, avoid running out, and gives your hair the time it needs to respond to treatment. Healthy, lasting results don’t happen overnight but they do happen with routine and patience.
How does the subscription work?
When you subscribe, you commit to a 3-month minimum to unlock the 50% discount. You’ll receive one delivery each month. After your third cycle is complete, you’ll have full control to pause, cancel, or adjust your plan.
Can I cancel or skip during the commitment period?
Not just yet. The discounted subscription is based on a 3-cycle agreement. During this time, cancellations or skips aren’t available. After the third delivery, you can manage your subscription however you like.
How do I manage my subscription after the 3-month period?
Simply log into your account dashboard. You’ll be able to update your delivery schedule, switch products, adjust payment info, or pause and cancel anytime.
When will I be charged for subscription orders?
Your payment will be processed automatically each cycle. You’ll receive a reminder email 2–3 days before your next order is charged and shipped.
What happens if my payment fails?
We’ll let you know right away so you can update your payment details. Your subscription will be paused until the issue is resolved.
