Excellent product! I've been using these for a couple of years for me snd my children and I refuse to use anything else. Cleansing correctly without damaging. The only thing I could ask for is larger bottles

Love the smell and texture is lovely and smooth. You don’t need that much. Having said that, product wasn’t for me. I have hyper sensitive scalp and it made my scalp itch so sadly I won’t be using it again. It also didn’t provide the moisture levels I had expected for my hair. Such a waste as it isn’t a cheap product.

Product is good however your feedback review does not match the products for example I never get my discount as advertised

Hi to be honest I’m not very happy that I can’t change the settings and have 3 orders every 2 months before I can. I’m finding that a little bit off putting to be honest. Which is a shame because these are my absolute favourite products for my hair, so now I am not sure what to do.

I've received my item, i was pleased how well it was packed, ive not had change to use it yet but I will soon and will come back after I see some results 😊

Both items have a really lovely smell. Both items do the job they're meant to do, however the conditioner needs to stay in hair for 20 mins which I don't always have time for. A quicker acting product would be useful.

I have not stopped using this brand since I found out about it! The products are truly amazing. I have noticed a huge difference in the health of my hair.

I have extremely sensitive scalp, which becomes inflamed, sore, irritated sometimes bleeding when I use products (Shampoos, conditioners, hair creams, gels). I try not to wash my hair frequently to prevent the agitation. And my hair has been a bit dry. The last time I washed my I used the product that was recommended to use between shampooing and conditioning. Which I believe has caused my scalp to become agitated and score. The next time I wash my hair, I will only use the shampoo and conditioner and see how it feels.

I should say that my daughter and granddaughter uses the products and it is very good on their hair. Thank you

One of the most important things for a good shampoo and conditioner is that it has to be ph balanced . The range should be between 4.5-5.5 for Afro hair and when it’s too low or too high, it leads to problems; dryness, irritation, breakage etc… Before purchasing these products I contacted customer service and asked for the ph of both of their products. I was told the shampoo would be 5.0 and the conditioner would be 4.5. The communication was quick and I was excited to try their products. I decided to test it out doing a ph test; the shampoo is actually 5.5 in ph (higher than what was stated but within range) and the conditioner is 7. I contacted them again stating that the ph was off and demanded an explanation but to my surprise nobody got back to me on it. This brand is not trustworthy. They’re supposedly making products for Afro hair but can’t be bothered to make sure that the products are actually ph balanced?? This is very negligent and I bought their products based on the information that they had provided. It’s .not a brand I can support!

Thanks for my order washed my Natty yesterday feeling great but you are now putting a useless pump action to the conditioner it broke on my 1st use if it & conditioner all be it lovely & thick it's too much for the added pump I'm afraid totally useless 💯💯😳🙄🤔🤔need to rethink that one ladies please as lots of unnecessary waste cant take a pic as threw it away the pump that is loll😳🤔

5 star products very creamy & really agrees with my hair even though I have shaved it all off my scalp still feels very clean & hydrated

It felt wonderful - clean and fresh - it was also a great detangler. I'd used my old shampoo + conditioner for so long that I knew I had made the right choice - and it was purely by chance after searching that I came across NYLAH's products in a hair magazine

The shampoo is very luxurious and really cleans your hair and scalp. The conditioner has a nice texture and softens your hair and leaves it feeling soft, clean and silky. I love it.
