Excellent products that arrived very quickly.

The shampoo and conditioner for me is the best in the Nylah range. I love the leave in cream, a little goes a long way.

So far I'm very pleased with all the products but its early day's. Ive used the shampoo 3 times. And the other products every other day. My hair does feel softer.
Definitely more manageable after washing.

Wash days have simply never been the same since I started using Nylah. The shampoo cleanses without stripping, the conditioner and the leave-in keep my hair deeply nourished and moisturised between wash days. I love how the shampoo works on my girls hair and the conditioner. It leaves their hair moisturized and easy to comb. I was down when I saw the size of the bottles. But a little goes a long way. Overall I am happy with the products

I am a 'woman of age' with sister locs and thinning hair - that often feels brittle. Nylah's Naturals is the closest I've come to being 'satisfied' after wash day. Though I've not cracked having dry hair yet - I'm not sure I'm using the products correctly - I was pleased enough to forward products to my nieces, who are really pleased with them, so far. For me, I will continue using the products but would like more information and guidance on use to gain maximum moisture. Thank you, Nylah's Naturals.

Since starting to use the products I love the way the shampoo lathers the hair, it makes me feel good that my hair feels clean. The conditioner makes my hair feel so soft, I love the products so far. I don’t like when I feel that my hair feels sticky or clammy.

I have been natural all my life and this is honestly one of the best brands I have used for my natural hair. My hair feels soft, shiny and hydrated after every use!
I will always come back to this brand. Every item that has been created in this brand is outstanding. Thank you :)

Lovely packaging, fragrance, and consistency of product. Only used once so far but no complaints.

Update 17/6 : What a very odd response, especially when it’s so delayed. I am not sure what the return policy has to do with the issue since I requested replacement for a spoiled product and then received no response. If you wanted me to return it you could have said so at the time, even if that would have made no sense… It’s very disingenuous to respond a month after a complaint is made and ask me to return a spoiled product, which I am even now still out of pocket for and not even address the fact that it literally rots.

I’ve had two bottles of their conditioner that went rancid. I also got no response from customer service when I contacted them after the first bottle went off. And this is the second time I get no response from them.

Customer service is severely lacking and product quality control is a concern. I feel my overall experience leaves me no option but to cancel my subscription and go elsewhere for my haircare needs.

Lovely smell and texture, but it is to early to see the real benefits as I have only been using the product for a week.

My hair was super silky after the first use, didn’t expect such a quick result.

I started buying your product because of my son who is Mixed race and every product I tried on his hair always had a bad reaction until I tried Nylah. Then u decided to try it on my hair. Super amazing..finally the right product for me!

Perfect for my temperamental porous hair. Shampoo cream does not strip but leaves hair cleansed. Lovely thick conditioner is absorbed. Leave in Cream preserves my style until the next wash.
The oil which I use occasionally helps to seal. Very happy with these products. Bonus: clean formula which I would not be without :)

I needed to review the leave in conditioner but before I do, I'd like to give some insight into my hair journey.
I have a number of health conditions and some years ago I developed severe sensitivity to lots of products. So bad I would have severe allergic reactions- face swelling, throat closing. I was told that people with my condition end up with sensitivity. I have tried so many hair products over the years and I had varying degrees of sensitivity. I coped by using antihistamines but my scalp would get very sensitive and constantly itch. I was fed up. I bought the Nylah leave in conditioner on a whim. I thought to myself this is it now, if this doesn't work, then I'm not falling for the hype ever again. Used on freshly washed hair, I put some on. I expected to feel crawling sensation on my scalp and instant itching.
Couldn't be more wrong, nothing happened. I gave it a few days and still nothing. I threw away all the hair products in my possession. Seems like my prayers may have been answered. I bought the hair serum and the spray mist. Haven't used them yet but will let you know how they are. Will buy the shampoo, conditioner and seed oil next.

Have struggled to find products that work for my teenage son’s curly, coarse hair for years. These have helped to define the curls without making them crunchy, and they also control frizz brilliantly. A great recommendation from another mum (whose daughter’s hair I noticed looking transformed).

These products smell fantastic and do what they say on the tin!

Products are not heavy on my hair

Love the new packaging and all of these products . The shampoo is light and nourishing and the conditioning products moisturising and great for mine and my daughter’s hair. Continuing to highly recommend .

I’ve tried a lot of shampoos and conditioners for black hair but I haven’t seemed to find the right fit. However after using the shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner and I already feel like my hair is a lot softer and more manageable. It’s so nice to find a product for Afro hair, I’m in love with my hair and can’t wait to try the whole collection. My only complaint is I wish the bottles were bigger.

All I need in a convenient bundle!

Very good products - shampoo is creamy, luscious and moisture rich, just what I was looking for.

Conditioners are great too.... after washing my hair, my curls were popping - defined with minimal frizz.

My only gripe is the quantity of the shampoo because after the first wash (shampooed twice in one sitting)- the bottle appeared to be half full and I have mid length Afro hair (not past shoulders)... so I’m not sure about the sustainability which is a shame ... otherwise I would highly recommend the purchase.

If you have thirsty hair like mine... it will love the products.
