It’s too thick it’s extremely hard to get out of the bottle

Excellent conditioner feels good on my hair I’ve been using it for over a year

Here kinky hair. This conditionner has been a miracle for my hair from 1st use, game changer !! Been using for 3 months. Once the product on my hair and once combed I could see the curls defined like never before and running my fingers through the hair is now a joy

I love this conditioner, and you don't need lots and lots in your hands, a little goes a long way, and smells lush.

Have brought before not my first purchase. Love this product will buy again have bought two this time because i co wash often

I love what the conditioner and leave-in cream do for my hair, so much so that I still buy it despite it irritating my scalp very badly. I apply it mid-length to ends and try my best to avoid it touching my skin. I would love it if a fragrance-free version were available - that might mean I could use it as a co-wash too.

Excellent used it on my dred locs

My shipment still hasn’t reached me after a month since ordering it. I tried to get in touch by email but was met with a response that it was still at the delivery centre and that they could put in a missing order claim if it hadn’t moved in two weeks. I’m hoping that this sparks better customer service as I would expect to be sent a replacement order when the delay has already been a month, rather than to be told to wait two extra weeks and then put in a missing order claim with no apology. Or at least offered a refund as these products are also quite expensive.

The shampoo frizzed my hair

It smells nice but doesn’t de tangle as well for me to be able to easily comb through my daughter’s thick hair.

Loved this and the shampoo! Left my hair feeling soft and moisturised. Shame it’s not available in a bigger size

Goof one

This conditioner is thick and has amazing slip so that I can detangle my curls. It has helped minimise split ends and keeps my hair really hydrated. I love the subtle lemon scent which makes your hair smell so fresh and clean. I love it! Great value for money too.

I love it! My daughter’s hair has changed so much with the first two times I used it. I’m going to order the large bottle for myself as well.

Unhappy with an ingredient in the product so wanted to return it, emailed to ask how to and never heard back, so negative experience in my case unfortunately.

I like how it smells, and it feels nice on my hair

First time using this product. I loved it. My locks loved it. My locks was left feeling very soft, they smelt good and I received it very quickly, just in time for me to use it to wash my locks before I went on holiday. Great service. Very impressed.

Really good product and smells amazing but the pump bottle doesn't work for the conditioner a regular lid would work better and would reduce plastic.

Absolutely amazing!! My curls are bouncy & coiled after using this product alongside Super Botanics conditioner. I don't need to use any other products on my hair as the curls stay fresh-looking all day. You only need a small amount as it suds up well & a creamy texture. I will definitely purchase both products again.

Finally found products to control my unruly hair.

Felt good on my hair, hair felt softer, easier to manage, although only used once, Def will recommend and will be using next hair wash day.

Really love the look product. My second bottle though only down size so a pump doesn’t work for me again! It’s luscious & thick maybe that’s why!

Makes my hair feel so good

My only complaint is that it is finished I mix this with Jamaica castor oil & leave on under a cap. It leave my hair soft and smelling fresh. I do like this conditioner
